Bold colors and clean lines dominate the design of red, offering vivacious & sophisticated style. The bar has the comfort of lounge chairs and a velvet sofa, but also has elements of sleek with a curved zinc bar and a library wall of red wines. The dining room has cool layers of blue & yellow, contrasting with warm light, mirror reflection & honey wood.

New American cuisine is the focus of red’s menu, with ingredients paying tribute to cultures from around the world. Spices, fine meats & fresh seafood are prepared with attention to world flavors and textures. Mussels scented with lemongrass, Moroccan spiced lamb or simply steak frites is how Chef Nino Antuzzi wishes to satisfy seekers of a fine culinary experience in Huntington. A lounge menu is also offered during hours of service, allowing a light bite or a taste with drinks.

The bar boasts an extensive wine selection, small brewery beers & superior cocktails. The wines represent vineyards from around the world, including renowned areas of France, Spain, Italy & California as well as the recently applauded producers of New Zealand, South Africa, Chile & Australia. Guests have the freedom, as well, to taste and experiment with 25 wines by the glass of ranging origins. Specialty beers are also featured by the bottle and on tap, chosen from breweries of New York, California, Germany & Belgium.

The atmosphere & the choices of dishes, wine & beer are meant to give the opportunity of an experience found far & few.
